  • To maintain good governance by purchasing the goods and development related equipment or goods by and from Tarakeshwor municipality and its subordinate bodies through e-bidding work and to maintain service delivery work more effective, transparency shall be enhanced through electronic means.
  • To deliver the local services of national identity cards, citizenship certificates, passport etc. quickly and efficiently through electronic technology.
  • To utilize / spent all the capital nature budgets by implementing developmental plans on time.
  • To enhance the managerial capacity by emphasizing the physical improvement of all ward offices to deliver services to the municipal dwellers in a fast and efficient manner from each ward.
  • To perform the Digital Mapping by numbering the houses within the municipal area and assigning them with Home Code. It will be beneficial to trace the address of each house and village of this municipality instantly.
  • To increase the taxation areas rather than tax rates to increase municipal internal revenue. Additionally, to link the houses in the city area through numbering with municipal tax system.
  • To manage banking services in the wards with no banking services within the municipality.
  • To make market monitoring effective within the municipal area.
  • To take the initiative to arrange land for real squatters (sukumbasi) within the municipality as per the thresholds and procedures of the relevant commission.
  • To conduct a customer satisfaction survey every year and to study suggestions received.
  • To conduct regular press meetings about the municipality’s activities.
  • To maintain transparency by adopting the paradox of thrift (principle of saving to some extent) while spending public money.
  • To put on end to moral corruption through eradication of corruption and maintaining responsibility and accountability of expenditure.
